• Infrastructure Request/Incidents (Cisco, data center, connectivity, domain)
• Telephony- Phone (Access/support IVR, cisco phone, CXone Max -NICE, Jabber, Fitness)
• Networking Request/Incidents (VPN platform, SFTP, IP, DB, Forensics DB, DNS, Firewall)
• Data Engineering (security, vetted access, TT root access, DB access, etc.) for TSA, CBP, and FAA)
• New Joiners/Leaver (HR Support)
• JIRA ticket submissions - DevOps Support - Jira Service Management (SQL, Atlas LC)
